채림 작가, 라우갤러리 전시

라우갤러리는 2024년 2월 1(토)일부터 2월 28(금)일까지 한수원에서 채림 작가의 초대개인전《자연 속에 바람》 을 기획 전시한다.

이번 전시에서는 작가의 작품 12여점이 선보일 예정이며, 전통적인 자연의 색채를 현대적으로 선보일 예정이다. 작가는 자연이 가진 순수한 아름다움을 화폭에 담아내며, 감각적인 색채와 독창적인 질감을 통해 현대적인 감성을 더했다. 이번 전시에서 선보이는 작품들은 계절의 변화, 바람이 스치는 풍경, 그리고 자연 속에서 살아가는 인간과 동물의 모습을 따뜻하고 서정적인 시선으로 풀어낸다.

채림 작가는 자연에 대해 깊이 고민하며, 자연이라는 주제 속에서 섬세하고 독창적인 표현을 시도하는 작가다. 그녀는 옻칠과 한지를 활용하여 자연의 흐름과 생명력을 담아내며, 시간이 만들어내는 깊이 있는 색감과 질감을 탐구한다.

Row Gallery will hold an invitational solo exhibition of artist Chae Lim, “Wind in Nature,” at Hansuwon from February 1 (Sat) to February 28 (Fri), 2024.

This exhibition will feature around 12 of the artist’s works, which will present traditional natural colors in a modern way. The artist captures the pure beauty of nature on canvas, adding a modern sensibility through sensual colors and unique textures. The works presented in this exhibition depict the changing seasons, windswept landscapes, and the appearance of humans and animals living in nature with a warm and lyrical perspective.

Artist Chae Rimm is an artist who deeply contemplates nature and attempts delicate and unique expressions within the theme of nature. She uses lacquer and Korean paper to capture the flow and vitality of nature, and explores the deep colors and textures created by time.

She reinterprets traditional techniques in a modern way, crossing the boundaries between abstraction and figuration, and captures the organic forms of nature in her works. Her work goes beyond simple visual beauty and displays a profound aesthetic that contains contemplation on nature, humanity, and time.
