라우갤러리는 2025년 12월 01(월)일부터 12월 31(수)일까지 송파구 홍보관에서 김선희 작가의 초대개인전《일상 생활의 무대》를 기획 전시한다.

이번 전시는 작가의 내밀한 시선으로 포착한 평범한 일상의 순간들을 하나의 예술적 '무대'로 재구성하여 선보입니다.

김선희 작가는 우리 주변의 지극히 친숙한 풍경과 소소한 사물들에 주목합니다. 작가의 캔버스 위에서 매일 반복되는 식탁의 정경, 창가로 스며드는 햇살, 그리고 손때 묻은 가구들은 단순한 정물을 넘어 저마다의 이야기를 품은 주인공으로 거듭납니다. 작가 특유의 따뜻하고 감각적인 색채는 무심코 지나치기 쉬운 일상의 파편들에 생명력을 불어넣으며, 관람객으로 하여금 익숙한 것을 낯설게 바라보는 예술적 경험을 선사합니다.

작가는 이번 전시를 통해 "삶은 그 자체로 거대한 연극이며, 우리가 발을 딛고 서 있는 모든 곳이 곧 무대"라는 메시지를 던집니다. 화려한 사건이 없더라도, 묵묵히 자리를 지키는 사물들과 그 사이를 채우는 시간의 흐름만으로도 우리의 하루는 충분히 극적이고 아름다울 수 있음을 보여줍니다.

Row Gallery will present Kim Sun-hee's solo exhibition, "Stage of Everyday Life," at the Songpa-gu Public Relations Center from Monday, December 1, 2025, to Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

This exhibition presents ordinary moments of daily life, captured through the artist's intimate gaze, reimagined as an artistic "stage."

Kim Sun-hee focuses on the familiar landscapes and insignificant objects that surround us. On her canvases, the recurring scenes of a dining table, sunlight streaming through a window, and well-worn furniture transcend mere still lifes and become protagonists, each embodying their own story. The artist's signature warm and sensual colors breathe life into fragments of everyday life that are easily overlooked, offering viewers an artistic experience that allows them to see the familiar in a new light.

Through this exhibition, the artist conveys the message that "life itself is a grand play, and every place we step is a stage." Even without spectacular events, our days can be filled with drama and beauty simply through the silent presence of objects and the flow of time that fills them.
